As a little boy I would find great enjoyment when playing with my trucks, crane, digger, and tractor.? My imagination would run wild and for a short time I would be catapulted to a make-believe time and place.??

On my way to a meeting in Sunderland last week, the sun was shining, and I took this photograph.? It isn’t the best photo, but it portrays my point well.? What was going on before me made me stop, smile, and take out my phone to take the picture because I realised the significance of what was going on in front of me!

Now, as an adult I find myself excited once more by the site of crane’s, diggers, and trucks but this time rather than my imagination running wild it is all happening in Sunderland.?
