Why do CPD's Matter

A good CPD is better than any lecture as it's given by a person that has carried out the tasks that he/she is talking about. The coal face worker that is your link into what you can learn at first hand. The recipients when you deliver and involve the engineers at the CPD will always remember you and will always remark when you see them in the field will still have those all to important questions that they have only just thought of.

I see many engineers that still remake how lively my CPD's were and my enthusiasm for the use of resins in their work place. But I can speak as I find on many subjects and not only resins. Boring or not you always get a reaction from me. Never saying what a silly question as all questions are relevant and must be answered in a way as not to put off the questioner . It's a way of story telling that has been told from time in the past till time in the future . ENNGAUGEMENT in the answer . Every day we must learn something new and that's me also.
