When a client comes to you with a problem that you can solve, as a passionate business owner you want them to receive the most help.


Unfortunately, spending clients take:

  • Your bronze service instead of your gold.
  • Or just one of the three services that you recommend.


Or worse still, they DON'T CONVERT into spending clients and instead:

  • Go to your inferior competition.
  • Have a hack at it themselves badly.
  • Or simply ignore the problem, only to later regret this choice.
