Why is Bug Rejected or considered Duplicate, Deferred or Not Reproduceable

Bug is rejected because,
1) Misunderstanding of requirements
2) While installing or configuring the product
3) Referring to old requirements
4) Because of extra features
Why do we get duplicate bugs?
1) Because of common features
2) When 2 or more tester testing same build
3) When bugs is not review by QA manager
Bug is deferred because,
1) We find a bug during the end of the release (could be major or minor but cannot be critical)
2) If the bug is minor and it is in feature exposed to internal users.
3) Bug is not a blocker
Why we get “not reproducible” defects?
1. Because of platform mismatch
2. Because of improper defect report
3. Because of data mismatch
4. Because of build mismatch
5. Because of inconsistent defects
