Why is there difference between web apps and mobile apps?

I'm always using both web apps and mobile apps by checking my business emails, but there is a few subtle differences, e.g. transfer a meeting invitation to someone. In this case, web apps can do, but mobile cannot. This is based on the differences of developing platform.

Why can any system develop on the same platform?

There has been a lot of platforms over the past decades. Many programming code were developed by our magnificent legends. That would be said the proving of IT industry. Now, our IT industry are in a period of maturity so that we're trying to optimize them. Generally speaking, industry life cycle is composed of 4 phases, such as acknowledge, improve, mature, and fade.

Why is there increasing several products in acknowledging phase?

Most of business person aims to get share of their market for companies profit. We're finding it important to be distinctive in the market because the market leader is required to win two aspects which one is outstanding product or reasonable price if same product. For now, I seem that x-pay platform could be similar circumstances.
