Why Diets Don't Work!

Extreme diets don't work!

Why do diets not work? Because they trap you into a self-fulfilling loop of pain and scarcity. You enter a diet, you become preoccupied with food and cravings, you inevitably at some point or another will break that diet because they're generally unsustainable, this will lead you to feel like a failure, which will lead you to overeat to make yourself feel better, which will lead you to feel guilty and feed the self-loathing, which will spark the need to do something about it. And guess what you think you need to do? Go on a diet.

I have been there. I have done that. I have tried them all.

I see you guys trying them all. I talk to you guys; every single one of our shifters has been on one or more diets. Diets don't work. The fundamental underlying principle of a diet is flawed at the very root level. The thought that you can do something for a limited amount of time to generate results that are supposed to last for the rest of your life: that's where the breakdown is.

What a diet does is creates change. Change doesn't bring forth permanent results. Only transformation brings forth permanent results. Stay tuned for more on this.
