If a child's diet mainly consists of junk and processed food with a high intake of sugar and unhealthy fats, he/she is likely to face behavioral problems in the future. It's that simple.

2 年So true! Talking about the benefits is so much better than saying, "Hey, don't eat that!" This is why I've always thought we should be doing a much better job teaching a healthier diet in school. From elementary to high school, and even in college a lot of what's given to us is absolutely garbage. The food marketing is also a good point. I've always found it interesting how so much unhealthy stuff is next to bread. Or, a lot of the really unhealthy stuff is right when you're heading out of a store like candy and pop.

2 年Good day to all. Highly processed foods cause chemicals in the brain to produce the wrong measure. That causes chidlren and adluts to have a lack of sleep and too much energy can cause them to have an attention deficieny. When we eat natrual foods that the body knows how to digest they aid the brain in producing the right chemcials that prodcue a healthy brain and body.
