Why WhatsApp redesigned its UX?
Something new is designed when there is a problem. What was the problem that has been addressed in this particular redesign?
It has attempted to address and prioritize accessibility issues and encourage people to use new/hidden features more. With WhatsApp's one-handed mode, high-priority buttons such as Communities, Status, etc., were unclickable.
Introducing the Bottom Navigation was the answer.
Why? What was the rationale behind this design solution?
Logitech and its new AI prompt builder
Logitech has its own AI Prompt Builder and will ship at least one mouse with a dedicated AI button.
The Logi AI Prompt Builder doesn’t just present you with a chatbot; it gives you preset “recipes” to help you prompt it, too.
After assigning an AI button to a Logitech mouse, you could ask it to “rephrase” paragraphs of text, turn them into bullet points, make them shorter and more concise, or fit a specific word count.
