Why did I join Sterning?

Flash back to 2015, I was just about to embark on another adventure - my 3rd baby! The thought of leaving home at 7am and not returning until 7pm was too much to think about!

I read an article written by one of the founders of this unique model. She talked about how she lived remotely and still managed a very successful business.

I needed flexibility - real flexibility - I needed to be able to control what, where and how I worked. I wanted my own business, create my own destiny, but loved being part of something bigger and be able to work with a team of like minded people. That is where Sterning came in - I could run my own business, work from where I wanted to, but have a base where we could all come together.

Sterning is more than I ever thought it would be. I no longer dread Mondays - I work with incredible people and am able to be creative in my approach. I have an income that has surpassed anything I could ever have imagined and the people that I interact with on a daily basis drive me to be better than I was the day before. Work is just not "work" anymore.

Thank you Joseph for the gift of Sterning and our way of life - I can't wait to see what 2020 will bring.

If you want to be part of our journey - don't hesitate to reach out to Joseph or me and we can shed some light on whether it would be the right move for you.

Nice article. And well done you. My wife is hounding me for us to have a third child. I'm scared to even think about it!
