Why did I go to Conversant Group?

I've been in the IT industry for over *cough* 20 years. I've seen a lot of changes, good and bad. But one thing that has always stayed the same is the need for good Culture and Leadership vs. management. That's why I'm excited to be working at Conversant Group. We are company that understands the importance of Cybersecurity and modern datacenter infrastructure and have the chops to back it up! I've only been with the company for five days, but already I can see that this is a place where I can really make a difference.

I was looking for a company with amazing team culture

I've been looking for the dream team culture my entire career, and I found it again (Hello fellow vSpecs!) Everyone I meet here is engaging and helpful...I keep looking for the "asshole" but I can't seem to find them.... The positive vibes keep going with amazing culture, incredible leadership from people who get it, and most importantly, the trust factor - you know it's a good match when you feel totally safe to do your best work. I'm so happy with my decision; there's no question why this place has such a great reputation.

I knew I had found the perfect place when I discovered that mandatory daily "me time" was a thing. Who says work can't be fun? At Conversant Group, they don't just think outside the box - they kick it to the curb. With a low stress yet vibrant culture, this company sets itself apart and I am so very lucky to be part of it. There is a daily energy on Teams meetings with genuine joy and passion that radiates from everyone on the team. Not to mention our Leadership that "Gets It! Chattanooga, TN may not be the first place that comes to mind when you're looking for a great tech career opportunity, but it's where I ended up and I could not be happier! Conversant Group has an amazing team and culture surrounding them. Stress levels are low, leadership is fantastic and none of it would have been possible without their people that I now trust deeply. Chattanooga ended up proving itself to be the perfect place for me to succeed and grow as a professional - based where?! Chattanooga, TN!
