Why devoted physiotherapists perform better

Why devoted physiotherapists perform better

I had not one but two team members who hit >300K annual billings.

One could be a fluke.

Two, and it's worth considering whether we were doing something different.

Across a group practice of 20+ clinics.

These 2 staff sat in the top 5 practitioners.

In fact, I had 3 of the top 10 practitioners across the entire group.

Why do some physiotherapists outperform you ask?

It's simple, it comes back to how we lead them.

Firstly, not everyone is going to be a high performer.

In fact, most will stick quite closely to the bell curve of performance.

Something I cover in my Profits course.

The bell curve effectively shows that the majority of practitioners are lucky to track their award.

From a gross-profit perspective.

And the main thing I teach here isn't moving these people to the top of the curve.

It's ensuring that they stay at the right hand side of the line.

You see, if the majority of your team are to the right of centre.

That is they are earning more than the award.

You effectively have a high performing team.

Note I've said "earning"... as oppose to just being paid as such...

A lot of therapists nowadays expect big bucks but produce very little in return.

Don't get sucked in here.

"Earning" means when you compare their billings to their wage, you sit in equilibrium.

No one is getting the better of your practice.

Your team has no weaknesses.

And your gross-profit margins will always sit on the right side of 50%.

PS. If you're not sure about what I'm talking about here, it's worth having a quick look over this video I produced earlier this year.

Come check it out on my new freemium platform :)
