I need your help.
Actually, I need your help for a couple of things if you don't mind. Just reply to the email.
First: I don't like the naming 'one' and 'two' for the newsletters, but I like the months. Should I have a continuous number count, or months count for the newsletter? Does it matter? What do you think of today's title?
?Second, I have delivered a lot of masterclasses in November. As this newsletter lands in your inbox, I deliver one to sales leaders on "Using NLP in Sales".??
If you know any Sales leaders who are looking to hire sales coaches, please put me in touch.
We are not at the end of the year yet, but we are at the stage where we think about it, and think of postponing meetings to 2025. Part of me thinks that December is a dead months but no, if you are anything like me, whilst winding down, you get on top of all the emails and LinkedIn messages that you missed over the past few months whilst being too busy. You continue with your outreach as people wind down, they will read your emails. And boom, we are in business in 2025.
On the note of business. I still take on individual coaching clients for January 2025. I focus on B2B mainly but still have capacity to take up to 5 individuals for coaching from January. Hurry.
So, if you have those dreams of improving your performance, carving out that dream job, or looking to improve your productivity, it's time to book a call now.
Chapter 4 of my best selling book 'Principles for Success' talks about Serendipity.
Whilst often underestimated, things always work out. There is always a bit of luck somewhere or a contract coming out of nowhere.? Have you found that? Things align at some point, you just have to persistent and believe in it. Mindset is a big thing when working with executives and leaders.
Changing behaviours and mindset isn't always easy. Particularly with sales people. But even executives, some are set in their ways. Offering a new perspective, a new way of thinking is what spurs them on. That's what I do.
Being able to hold the space for a client is essential.
Being able to propel them forward is a must.?
