This December, employers are on a hiring binge to have job candidates in place by the new year. Given this fact, they will be interviewing throughout the holiday season. Most people believe that this is a bad time of year to search, so those that do, will have limited competition and a much higher job offer rate. In addition, when an employer has a need, they want to fill it as fast as they can, holidays or not.
The months where the number of job advertisements exceed the yearly average are October, November, February and March. That’s what the team at Executives Online found from analyzing ten years of hiring data.
