Why this day is important for me-2

This is in the continuance of my earlier write up that after getting married I went to Delhi to ask my employers that I won't be working with you and will stay at my parental home and came back to home and sometimes my father used to ask that you must be a special case after marriage you are unemployed rather people do marriage after being fully settled in the job and after earning good salary plus fine savings and they take the step for the marriage but you are a funny and now tell me should I ask someone for your job I replied No I want to do at my own but even then since he had very good contacts with the top people of city like Jindals and all car agencies all factories so I started getting messages from them to join us so one day I decided for Bajaj scooter company and I went there and I was asked to join us on 400/Rs and I started doing work and saw a new business of sacooter sale as Bajaj scooter was on premium and waiting was 5-6 years so people used to come from Delhi and starting tapping the sellers who wanted to sell their number with delivery letter and after buying they used to take it to delhi and after selling it on more premium they were again outside the agency and after few months I thought I make 400/ in one month and they are making 800-1000 in one day with an investment of 10000/ only and meanwhile after a year of marriage gone and I was blessed with a daughter and now I started thinking fastly that after two-three days of her birth I left the job and came home buy deciding that I shall do my work and will not do job,I started feeling that I can not work under any person since I had gutt feel that I will do better If I will work for myself but since after six months in the month of june 1980 I was called by a good man to work for their company as marketing for their product and they have branches all over northern india and in my city as well seemed to be a big company but I opted Rohtak and started my carrer in second job from 1st july 1980 as their sales representative in MICO division and my duty was to sell Mico filters which were to be used for fuel injection pumps fitting for mainly tata trucks and leyland and all diesal vehicles and one pair was 32.22 (Thirty two rupees twenty two paise )and my competetors super filters or elofic and so on were 10-12 rupees so I had to worked hard and I was given a jeep and a motorcycle by the company and in local I had to cover 5-6 shops in auto market and their after my territory like Jind,Gohana Bhiwani Bahadurgarh Jhajjar and dadri Narnaul almost entire Rohtak region and this all trip I used to learn jeep driving also and used to sit with mechnics in taking tea and sometimes in afternoon lunch etc and I convienced them upto this extent that they always used to say their clients bring mico filters only and I shall install only that so automarket dealers were very happy since their sale was on top and I achieved above target my target was 100000 (one lac pairs) and I sold 1,25,000 pairs and was declared as the best sales marketing representative in northern india and was awarded at Delhi Jhandewalan Head quarter by Mr Kumar Chandern our CGM Mico and Mr sarabhai my area manager was happy but destyny was something else now my one years was to be end on 30 june and just before few days I remember till date that late Mr sanjay gandhi top leader of congress met with a plan crash near safdarjung airport delhi this news was coming and I rushed to my manager who was standing outside the company and informed him he said that he knew already and I was standing with him for few minutes and meanwhile I asked him one liner which changed my life after his answer,my question was Sir how much increase I am getting next month in my salary since I was told after one year we will see you so his answer stunned me he asked Prakash HOW MUCH do you think that YOU are WORTH of and I could not answer but I said definately more than what I am getting from the company at present and moreover sir I did a big job and now acknowledged by MICO also and moreover you know I have two daughters (since second was blessed in faburary 1981 but his clear answer that you may be thinking anything in your mind and heart but company does not feel like this and if you are not satisfied you can say the company GOOD BYE and he moved from there to go to his office chamber and that was the day I decided that I will not do the job in future and after two hours I submitted my resignation and left Rohtak again on 1st July 1981 in fact after one year and when I came back to my city back again my father asked you are really a different person with rash temprament and not you have two daughters (although he used to be very happy whenever he used to learn that daughter is born,since he was a big time follower of swami Dayanand sarswati his opinion was that girls always prove better than a son and she look after two families after marriage one her husband family and second her mothers family ) but this time I asked my father pita ji (I used to call him) please do not ask me for job again I shall do my work then his question used to be WHAT and without answer I was defended by my respected mother to whom I used to say Bi Ji or simpley Bibi and she used to reply give him sometime I know my son and he will do some public work since I know he speaks well and he is meant for public so few months gone and finally I found a work for me and started on 1st January 1982 and that work became first in my city and till date I am to be remembered for this in my city although 23 years gone I left my city in 1996 shifted to gurugram (Gurgaon) so how this journey went after my own work and till date self employed this I will mention in third write up thanks and
