WHY DAIRY PLANTS MARKETING PASTEURIZED MILK IN INDIA ARE WASTING RS.25/LITRE?

WHY DAIRY PLANTS MARKETING PASTEURIZED MILK IN INDIA ARE WASTING RS.25/LITRE?

Premier dairy institutions and professional dairy experts managing dairy plants in India would be extremely unhappy reading our above statement but genuinely justified in asking our explanation to prove it with scientific logic and true facts relating to actual root cause analysis of age old unresolved problems of dairy business entrepreneurs in India.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS OF AGE OLD UNRESOLVED PROBLEMS:

1. It is almost impossible for majority of commercial/cooperative dairy plants in India to procure 100% pure raw mixed milk (Buffalo milk +Cow milk) strictly conforming to international quality parameters without any dilution with non-potable added water. There is no instrument of technique with any dairy plant in our country to analyse true net worth of raw mixed milk based on exact %of buffalo milk, cow milk and added water contained in road milk tankers being received on dairy dock. About 20% added water can easily be converted as additional cow milk by manipulating natural S.N.F: Fat ratio in milk purchase transaction and milk billing records.

2. Milk actually reaching the consumer on his doorstep in India is although labelled as Pasteurized milk but it has only limited shelf life and unsafe /unhealthy to drink as such without boiling. Whereas pure pasteurized milk available in all advanced dairy countries worldwide is not only considered safe for consumption (without boiling) but it has shelf-life of two/three weeks (when stored under refrigeration)

3 Milk consumer does not know how to conduct few simple tests at home to distinguish between pure milk and manipulated, adulterated or diluted milk (M.A.D.)

4. Total milk handling cost these days (from milk producer to consumer) of so called pasteurized milk including hidden loss due to dilution and manipulation in milk purchase transactions worked out by our Mission associates (around Rs.25/Litre) is literally wasteful expenditure from point of view of needy dairy farmers and innocent consumers who do not know the benefits of consuming pasteurized milk and ill effects on our heart by consuming boiled milk.

SCIENTIFICALLY LOGICAL & ARITHMETICALLY ACCURATE SOLUTIONS EVOLVED BY OUR MISSION ASSOCIATES:

1. Purchase 100% pure raw buffalo whole milk only from actual milk producers (Fat% not less than 6.50% and C.L.R. not lower than 29). Similarly purchase 100% pure whole cow milk only from actual cow milk producers containing fat not less than 3.50% and C.L.R. not less than 30.

2. Use accurate milk testing instruments calibrated with N.P.L and weighing equipment calibrated with weights & measures department. S.N.F of raw milk must be calculated using original 60:40 two axis formulae (S.N.F=C.L.R/4+0.2xFat+ C.L.R./100) for every milk purchase transaction from milk producers to dairy plant.

3. Please do not use prevalent ? , 1/3rd empirical formulae ( non-patented) that has now become obsolete because manipulators in milk procurement value chain can misuse this formulate to convert about 20% non-potable added water as additional cow milk causing abnormally high hidden loss to milk purchasing dairy plant.

4. Our Mission associates Improvement Innovations Unlimited Incorporated Canada have developed Dairy Business Management Software solution based on digital hydro analysis technique to accurately analyse net true worth of raw mixed milk ( B.M+C.M.+ added water) and to accurately work out hidden loss due to dilution and manipulation in milk purchase transactions.

5. Our Mission associate has also developed innovative/ transparent/ accountable “APNIDAIRY” milk procurement system for procuring 100% pure raw milk on commercial scale strictly conforming to international quality parameters.

6. Our Mission associates have also designed cost effective innovative milk pasteurizer and steriliser for pasteurising milk at dairy farm/M.P.C.S./milk collection centre itself ( shelf life two weeks under refrigeration) and sterilized milk ( shelf life six months/one year when stored at cool dry place at room temperature).

7. Our Mission associates have evolved five simple cost effective tests that can be easily conducted by consumers in their kitchen to distinguish between pure and adulterated milk. (Video available on our website: apnidairy.com).
