Why Conscious Sustainalism, the best nextgen capitalism to prevent critical-mass imbalance eating brotherhood economics for breakfast, per Cain/A story?
1. Introduction
Couple of weeks ago, we had published a video on the topic of conscious leadership mitigating the “cultural collective consciousness imbalances” within organizations (including communities/countries/world). As expected, we received some follow-up questions -- and if I may quote one --
Why do these "cultural collective consciousness imbalances" continue to linger within organizations, in spite of stellar leaders leading them with impeccable leadership?
Well, as I thought about it deeply, one of the key reasons (among other things) for them to continue to linger within organizations is due to the following
Lack of sufficient critical-mass, that is needed to sustain the collective consciousness of an organization to an situation appropriate state -- which is what then starts eating everything else for breakfast!
Which then also raises another question -- --
What do we do, when these "critical mass caused consciousness imbalances" start eating everything (including brotherhood economics) for breakfast?
Well, we have answered it this week in this video, using our firm's "one and only Einstein field equation based sovereignty/destiny model of Planet Earth, including another popular Cain and Abel story".
First things first --
First, as we analyzed the Cain & Abel story using a "brotherhood economics" lens, we asked ourselves the following questions
And here are our findings.....
2. Why was Abel's offering accepted whereas Cain's was not?
As you know as well as I do, some of the traditional answers to this question include, but not limited to are
-- Abel’s intention was pure whereas Cain’s intention was not!
-- Abel offered it in faith whereas Cain did not (from Hebrews 11)
-- Abel offered the best portion whereas Cain did not
While all of these explanations are all still valid, when I dived deeper, it just dawned on me that there is an interesting critical mass?insight buried deep inside!
For example, the Hebrew root (??·?ō·rō?”) used for firstborn in Gen 4:4-5, implies the very same critical mass (CM) idea needed to sustain worship & work (or? ????????) in such a way to sustain them for generations to come.?
Simply put,

Abel provided the firstborn (??·?ō·rō?) as the critical mass (or seed) that needs to be sustained during every season (as per the worship=work MISSION), so that we can sustain Worship & Work for generations to come!
Which then brings us to the next question.....
3. Why was Cain not conscious of the right way to worship/work, while Abel was?
Without going too much into the Cain-Abel story, I am of the view that Abel learned it consciously from their parents (Adam/Eve) whereas Cain failed to do so. In other words, it all comes down to us being conscious of the sustainable way to perform worship and work (per Planet Earth Inc's mission "work = worship", as explained in an earlier article). This precisely is the reason, we as a firm have developed a comprehensive curriculum to teach everyone the sustainable way to perform work and worship, in an integrated manner, which brings us to the next question.
4.With this Cain-Abel story being the first blood-shedding story in history (where the “critical mass imbalance” started eating brotherhood economics for breakfast), what is the best way to prevent it from happening again?
While the idea of conscious learning is a step in the right direction, our work/research (done under our firm's larger umbrella of Virtual/Conscious Ocean of Everything -- VOE/COE/VizPlanet) also suggests the need for a next generation capitalism approach called?“Conscious Sustainalism”, so that we can institutionalize this thinking across the board.
Turns out, I had explained this in detail in this video, using our firm's "one and only Einstein field equation based sovereignty/destiny model of Planet Earth". And if I may summarize them here --
We have formulated five “Conscious Sustainalism” techniques (that has been developed by?advancing five Nobel winning/nominated ideas) to help us balance these “critical mass imbalances” -- and interestingly enough, they all happen to align perfectly with the five components of our master sovereignty equation (LHS), as summarized below.
(Note : Just to give you an order of magnitude of how complex this equation is — the individual consciousness component (which we have represented in simple linear form as M+B+G=A for better understanding), in reality is a set of 10 differential equations. Similarly, let us say,10 more people around us have influence/control over an action at every node level -- it will add another 100 differential equations to the solution space at every node. On top of it, when we factor in the impacts from the cumulative components from previous decisions, including the energy cycles of all resources that come along with it, as you know as well as I do, this can become a humongous solution space of integrating thousands of differential equations at every node, as explained in this?video sermon/talk. Similarly, to the question of using relativity theory to model this reality, as opposed to quantum and string theories -- well, both quantum and string theories inherently do not help us to model reality as accurately as possible. For example, our research clearly suggests that?string theory is more of a theoretical model with not much of experimental data behind it whereas quantum theory is more of a mathematical model with no concrete sense of reality, as affirmed by Sir Roger Penrose as well. This is where, relativity theory fits the bill perfectly, as establishing the causality among human consciousness fields?(and their outcomes within the sovereignty model) is the objective here and not necessarily to measure/solve them in totality. And that precisely is the reason we have solved it in a simpler LE mode for now. However, for all practical purposes, one can imagine this reality (or consciousness or sovereignty) as a causal tree of all predestined actions (past + present +?future) within one's consciousness only. In other words, the rationale behind this pragmatic abstraction here is to help everyone to navigate this causal tree effectively/efficiently/effortlessly, by balancing their consciousness field during every choice, similar to how celestial bodies balance their energy fields during every cycle. In other words, once humanity learns to navigate this sovereign blueprint (as accurately as possible) using this five part sovereignty equation, all problems of humanity will be solved automatically. An implication here is --?"Consciousness Imbalance of this equation is the root cause of all problems of humanity", as?proved in this article).
Not to mention these five "Conscious Sustainalism" prescriptions align perfectly with the five "mastery courses" provided by our firm as well. Similarly, when it comes to the institutionalization of this approach, our experience suggests that it takes a dedicated transformation program (in case of companies) or reformation (in case of countries) so that we can?institutionalize?these types of "conscious learning cultures" among all stakeholders, in an integrated manner as well. A?pragmatic first step is to augment the internal training curriculum of corporations (including the education curriculum of schools) with our firm's five VOE/COE mastery courses, right from kindergarten levels -- and?they include but not limited to are?
5. Conclusion
In the final analysis, it all comes down to the following
Abel was fully conscious of the proper way to worship/work, whereas Cain was not -- and that precisely is the reason, Abel was able to provide the firstborn (??·?ō·rō?) as the critical mass (or seed) that is needed to sustain the next season (as per the worship=work MISSION statement of Plane Earth Inc), so that we can sustain Worship & Work for generations to come!!
Sure enough, the name for our capitalism approach comes from the following two words that respectively symbolize the following:
This is where, "Conscious Sustainalism" fits the bill perfectly, in the sense, it helps us to balance all the five components of Planet Earth's sovereignty/destiny equation simultaneously. And that precisely is yet another reason, we are fully convinced that CONSCIOUS SUSTAINALISM (that has been developed by advancing five Nobel winning/nominated ideas) is the best next generation capitalism approach, especially when it comes to tackling the most pressing sustainability challenges of the 21st century. Sure enough, Prof Clay Christensen of Harvard said it best -- and I paraphrase
Our firm's COE/VOE/VizPlanet driven Capitalism approach ("Conscious Sustainalism") is a Nobel Prize quality work -- and I leave it for you to decide!

3 年Reading your very insightful article Charles Prabakar made me wonder why such a thought-provoking post receives no comments. Why such serious posts receive little attention as compared to shallow posts that has hundreds of likes and quick comments with little meaning? The critical mass issue is a pivotal point that you highlight wonderfully in your post. I am thinking of why cultures fail to merge and the reasoning you provide and the sense they make. Maybe we should apply the same analysis to make meaningful posts more attractive to the readers.
