?? One year ago, a simple idea sparked a revolution at the new Booking.com HQ.

What started as a office tour for 100 alumni at the new Booking HQ blossomed into something truly remarkable. Amidst the joy of reuniting, the thought struck us: why not gather once more and extend the invitation to other past and present employees?

We called it FamBlue, and it became a global phenomenon! ??

The vibe was electric as hundreds of past and present colleagues from across the globe flooded into multiple WhatsApp groups. Looks like we've stumbled upon our "product-market fit" in the realm of social gatherings! ??

An event committee was set-up: with each member bringing their expertise to the table, our organisation committee was a smooth running machine. And the best part? Everyone was instantly in sync, no egos, just pure collaboration and focus on fast execution! ??

The results were staggering:

  • ?A one day event called FamBlue
  • ???? 620 attendees from 21 different countries
  • ????6 inspiring presentations and workshops
  • ????Speed dating sessions for networking
  • ???? And of course, an epic party!

But what's the big deal, you ask?

It's simple: a strong company culture breeds connection, clarity, and speed. Even after years apart, it felt like we never left.
