Why companies and employees must evolve
A company is registered as an LLC because it is considered a living entity and can be the subject of a lawsuit.
On this note PIN-IT USA LLC is a living entity. Hence just as your needs change as you grow, the plans for you or the plans you make are in constant flux, PIN-IT USA LLC is growing, and the strategic plan written upon it's conception has also changed grown and continues to evolve. The original Executive summary and business plan would not work today.
This is the reason why all must be at each meeting. Or you will miss important changes. You will miss on the pivots and changes that come organically and be left behind. If you are not moving in this very modern world you will miss the bus or space shuttle.
The company is being led towards an evolving vision. The same way your life and everything is evolving, the vision must also evolve. The company cannot exist or thrive on a plan written for this year, but a visionary plan to serve the customers of tomorrow.
Hence all plans for the company come from the top downward, because all plans must fit with the vision of the President, CEO and Executive Leadership Team who are working assiduously to steer the company in the right direction. At the helm the CEO is assessing trends and constantly looking at the future while staying grounded in the present. She or he must be making and changing the business plans strategically with the SWOT analysis in mind which also change with time.
Feedback from all staff is essential, as they provide valuable insight from the outside and inside, customer feedback does not always reach the top, and may be best told by the person by the one that dealt with the customer and resolved the issue. So employee feedback is key to making forward decisions as well.
The reason you always have someone at the wheel steering of a ship / plane / starship is because the direction and route always changes and adjustments are always being made to get you to your destination.

Employees should always take notes of the smallest changes or pivots and ask lots of questions so you are clear on the company's plans, and ensure that you are following them, not your own interpretation or plans of your vision.
