Why is the commitment doubted?

Is the commitment & passion shown by anyone of us different during our B-school than our other associations like school,grad institution , jobs?

Then why do only B-schools only feel the need to be connected and perceive value in their Alumni?

Can we not have our teachers in school be connected and feel the pride in how a kid evolves and pass on some leanings to the school in bettering the school programs. Will this not benefit a kid and a similar content may add value to our kids?

Is your college where you graduated and did the majority of the grilling in life connected to you and do they feel the need to talk back to you and better the college programs? Dont we feel the urge to go back and contribute something which we have learnt over a period of time which looked difficult when we were in there.

A last employer shuts all the relation even for that matter that you going back to the office premise becomes a issue. Was our commitment just restricted to the monthly payout or post final clearance you have shut your moments and aspirations. Would you not want to still be connected and share some unfulfilled dreams with your colleagues.

Dont we still continue working for our Bosses and friends offline then why not formalise this platform and make the most of this relation built.
