Yesterday I met Amit, who is a coach and has been working on new module that he planned to launch last year! He has been talking about it for long and every time I meet him, he keeps telling me he is working on it and he is working on it and he is working it! He is not completely procrastinating instead he is creating the content that has to be the best ever and wants to make sure he gets the most unique way of delivering it so on and so forth! He has not had great income from his other businesses and wants to make big money in his coaching business – this entire process of finding the perfect product has led him to feel run down, bored and utterly demotivated!?
Most of us are facing the similar coaching business challenge as Amit – We want the perfect Niche, the perfect Title, the perfect business model. Failing to understand that progress is more important than perfection. We need to work fast and we need to start work now.
I am a coach, and I am also a business owner. As such, my job is to help people achieve their goals faster. That's why I've been working on my coaching business for last couple of years now and why it's so important for me to stay focused on growth month after month: because if you don't grow your business fast enough then eventually the money stops coming in.
What started as a side hustle is no more the same as I am equally distributing my time working on my primary business and also my coaching business. Working on two business should never be an excuse to be slow in your second business. If you decide to work on your second business part time that is fine but ensure you are putting the same energy and working in a pace that is going to lead to success rather than stagnating it.
The goal, the objective is to put 1% more into your business today than yesterday.
One of the biggest mistakes I see coaches make is that they get caught up in the big picture. They want to be like other top coaches and make a lot of money, but they don't know how to do it.
Don’t worry about what other people are doing or how much money those other coaches are making! It’s not important at all if you focus on just one thing: improving your coaching business today than yesterday.
???There are clearly advantages of accelerating your coaching business.
You are not imagining problems you are actually experimenting and ratifying your offerings?
If you do not take action and start working fast towards your coaching business you will keep contemplating about whether your business model will work or not? You keep thinking that every plan will fail or find excuses. You will never know if it will work or not unless you TRY !! we need to stop the imagination and start the action?
You're reading this because you want to know more about coaching as a business opportunity for yourself; why wait until someone else to grab that opportunity rather grab it with both hands and start implementing today. Your plan might not be perfect and it will go through iterations but don’t wait for the perfect time or the perfect plan. If you are waiting for the right time, it is now.
You help your clients succeed faster
You are not just helping your client with their coaching. You are also helping them with their business by working to solve problems and find solutions faster than they could have done on their own. In this way, you're helping them succeed faster than they could have done on their own—and it's a great feeling!

Your clients will appreciate that you're willing to work hard for them and make sure they get what they need from the coaching relationship as well as all other aspects of being a successful entrepreneur/business owner in general.
When you stay focussed and work fast your problems and solutions reveal themselves?
You get to the root of your problems, experiment with new ideas, test new offerings and see what works or not. This process can be much faster than waiting for a problem to arise so that then you can make an excuse as to why you haven't been able to solve it yet.
The 1% daily growth concept can help you build a stronger business faster.
A lot of people think that it's important to focus on the excellence and be completely ready, but they're wrong. The real secret to success is taking action and setting goals that move you closer to your desired outcome every day. When it comes to coaching, having clients is just one part of the equation — coaching itself should be your top priority! Don’t wait to start your webinars, offering discovery sessions or planning a workshop. If you feel you are not ready, you will never be. You don’t have to be great to start, you have to start to be great.
Let’s identify reasons why you are not moving fast?
1. You are reluctant to try new things
2. You're settling for less than you deserve
3. You tend to fall apart easily when you can't find answers
4 You tend to judge other people based on their success or failure
5. You make excuses
6. You believe you are a perfectionist

If this sounds like you, address your excuses head-on. Take a moment to write down all of the reasons you think you can’t speed right now. Then, take them one at a time and consider how you might overcome them if you had to start today.
