Traditionally, if firmware or software upgrade, errors and losses occur, technician needs to identify the problems and fix them, or even re-install on site.

Partner Tech’s Cloud Device Management (CDM) is an integrated cloud-based solution that supports the technician of Head Quarter to remotely control all terminals, like Desktop POS, Mobile POS, and KIOSK. It also provides the collaboration functionality that our Help Desk could solves the system issues simultaneously. IT Supervisor could also control over terminal parameters and performs all administrative handling, and then further prevention of malfunction.
