Why Click Through Rate is the King of Digital Marketing?
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s CTR! In digital marketing, we hear a lot of terms – CPL (Cost per lead), CPA (Cost per acquisition), CPC (cost per click), CTA (call to action), CPM (cost per mille) and what not. Each of these abbreviations means something important be it in terms of acquiring customers or setting up a page design. CTR or Click-through rate is basically the ratio of users clicking a link to the number of users who viewed that link. For instance, if 2 users click on a Google ad out of the total 25 who viewed the ad, then the click-through rate of the ad is 8%.
