Why choose Sheensen for magnets (9)

Why choose Sheensen for magnets (9)

Now let’s come to the key technique part. There are four things worth of mentioning. The first one is crystal grain refinement. By controlling the cascading temperature or by dual alloy technique, we can get a much finer crystal grain, so that the final product could have better magnetic property. One day when Mr. Zhou, our technique department manager telephoned Gary to tell him that we could mass produce 42SH magnet without adding extra dysprosium or terbium. Gary was very excited. Even for big companies like JL Magnet still have problems in mass produce that kind of magnets. It gives us a great edge to improve magnetic property with low cost.

?GBD process is not new, but since we have the crystal grain refinement process, we can achieve a much higher magnetic property with relatively low cost. With Mr. Zhou’s help, we are trying to test the second generation of GBD process by depositing LRE elements onto the surface. It also can help to improve the coercivity with large reduction of cost. The third generation of GBD is also in test. By depositing NRE elements like AL, Co, onto the surface of the magnet, after annealing, the surface is hard and anti-corrosive. It can help to lower the cost by saving the final surface treatment. The first generation of GBD process has been used for quite a while, and we have a good command of this process. 52UH, which we offered to Borgwarner, is made through this process. On 15th?of August this year, when ZF came for plant checking, Gary asked those inspector how about our GBD process if compared with JL Magnet, they told him that we were absolutely not inferior to anyone in this area. Hearing this remark we are quite encouraged. So far our capacity of GBD is not big enough, so we have ordered a 6 million yuan PVD machinery. It will be delivered to us after the second term construction of the plant finishes. It will be installed in a dust-free work shop. Our GBD capacity will be greatly improved.

?Nano- coating is another highlight of Sheensen, and it’s one of our patented process. It is corrosive resistant, SST more than 500 hours; it does not affect the magnetic property of magnets, the whole process is environmental friendly, and it costs almost as the same as the process of NiCuNi deposition. The technique is invented by Mr. Que, a professor from Zhejiang University. Now, Mr. Que also joined our company. After knowing the existence of this technique, many customers have decided to switch to this process, such as ETH company from America, and another outdoor electric motor producer in Switzerland.

?Laminated magnet. Like I have just mentioned, we are one of the leading manufacturers of laminated magnet. Through special design and fabricating, the laminated magnet we produced can greatly reduce the eddy current of the motor or generator. Now the world’s top five axial flux motor producers have all become our customers. Our products can work in up to 250 degree Celsius and its insulation feature can satisfy most of the working environment. YASA, a world leading axial flux motor manufacturer, is one of our customers. Their products have been used in Ferrari SF series. With three axial flux motors, the car can speed up from o to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds. We are proudly to tell you that the magnets it used are offered by our company.
