Why ChatGPT and AI Can't Replace Writers (yet)
This video provides a great overview of how ChatGPT can increase efficiency and efficacy when it comes to SEO content:?https://lnkd.in/gjsrNUdw
The thumbnail is a bit clickbaity, though. In the end, ChatGPT won't replace search because the bot still gets things wrong. Plus, researchers can't rely on a single source, assuming that it's omniscient and infallible.
And no, ChatGPT can't replace writers for a few reasons:
1) It's inaccurate a lot of the time.
2) It can't yet update information in real-time, being limited to the year 2021 and earlier.
3) It can make certain parts of the SEO process more efficient, but it can't design everything from scratch.
4) Google and other search engines are working on watermarks that will identify AI-generated content and flag it, tanking the rankings of such content.
5) For now and into the foreseeable future, you need the ingenuity and perspicacity of a human being to design and carry out projects like white papers, newsletters, guides, ebooks, etc. Again, certain parts of the process can be sped up with various AI tools, but we're a long way from AI being able to do everything from start to finish.
It's possible that future improvements could lead to bots like this eliminating entire job sectors. But if that does happen, the entire world will change overnight in ways we can't yet predict or anticipate, so it's not yet worth worrying about in my opinion.
