When my friend's birthday was approaching, the usual “Where should we celebrate?” debate kicked off. Someone suggested China Town. I'd never been, so I pitched it to the group, eager to explore.
Jane, however, immediately shot down the idea. "The customer service there is terrible!" she said, resolute in her opinion.
Curious but undeterred, the rest of us decided to give it a try. We arrived before Jane and were pleasantly surprised—China Town had far more restaurant options than I expected! We decided to wait for her before making a choice.
When Jane finally arrived, we asked her which restaurant had given her the bad experience. Her response left us stunned: "Oh, I’ve never actually been here. I just heard about it from a friend."
We couldn’t help but laugh. We chose a spot, settled in, and guess what? The food was amazing, the service was great, and we had a fantastic time.
