Why not celebrate?

As we come towards the end of the year, firms will start setting out what they want to achieve in 2023. This forward-looking approach is important, but it’s also worth celebrating your wins (large and small) in a year that hasn’t been easy.

Maybe you overcame your nerves and started going to in-person networking events again. Maybe talent shortages left your team under-resourced, but you still managed to put out some brilliant campaigns.
