If you didn’t know already, a Passenger Service Agent provides assistance and related customer services at the ticket counter, gate and baggage areas! They must work to the procedures of specific airlines and might be expected to:?

·??????Greet passengers and check-in their baggage

·??????Check passports, visa documentation and flight details?

·??????Direct customers to the right place and assist when needed?

·??????Monitor baggage weights/ applying extra cost if necessary?

·??????Provide directional assistance and connecting flight information?

·??????Make boarding, deplaning and public announcements

The role of a Passenger Service Agent is a varied and challenging one. They could be expected to answer questions on a wide range of airline and/or airport related topics, so having a genuine interest for the industry is a must! Our PSAs also help passengers navigate from the ticket counter all the way through to boarding.?

There is opportunity to tend to ill, handicapped, elderly, injured and small children travelling alone who need special assistance. Some of our staff have said this is the most rewarding aspect of the job!?
