Why buying Zillow leads might not be working for you?

The # 1 Reason why Zillow Leads might not be working for you in my opinion is because you haven’t decided ahead of time what do you WANT them to do for YOU?

You need a Game Plan aka a Process of how to get from Point A ( when the phone rings) to Point B (closing the sale).

• What is your budget?
• How long are you committed to be all in and follow the plan?
• What is your best outcome (i.e. 1 closing every month,etc.)?
• What happens when you answer the Zillow call?
• What do you say?
• What questions do you ask before you rush to show them THAT house?
• What are your Non-Negotiables?
• What do you do after you hang up the phone( i.e email, phone, send them more homes, send them to talk to your lender, show them 1 house gratis before you talk about agent/buyer relationships, ask them to send you a copy of their ID for security measures, etc...)?{NOTICE: there is no right or wrong. your business, your decision}
• What is your script when you meet them at the house, do you have a Buyer Package to give out, do you talk about helping them find their dream house, ...do you make them an irresistible offer to work with you, etc?
• What do you do after your 1st meeting, what is your follow up strategy...?{most of those leads are not ready to make the move right away, so they need to be nurtured}
• Do you have a process to evaluate after each meeting: what worked, what didn’t work, what you’ll do differently next time?

Any lead generation strategy will work if you have a plan and a process. Additionally, if you can invest in a mentor to help you stick to the plan, follow through & manage your mind drama around it, it will help you get to your result even faster.
