There’s a myth that the best leaders are self-reliant, always in control, and have all the answers.
This mindset can often prevent business owners from seeking the help they need and I have seen all too many times how this reluctance can adversely impact a business's success & growth.
So why the hesitation? And how is breaking this habit crucial for long-term success?

Many entrepreneurs feel that asking for help is a sign of weakness, a crack in the fa?ade of their supposed invincibility. This mindset can be particularly entrenched in those who have built their business from the ground up.
