Joan, this was a great read. I could not have said it any better myself. People are our most important assets. We all come in different shapes and sizes and all have important things to bring to the table. Nurturing the best in our team will bring the most value to the organizations we work for. Some people make fun of me for quoting a movie (bonus points if anyone gets it). “I want you to want to do the dishes.” When we have people that wake up every morning with a desire to do great things. We can accomplish things that no one has ever dreamed of.
