I know it sounds like a crazy question because I hear about authenticity and how leaders should be authentic running businesses, countries, social and family life.
Can you imagine what the world would look like if everyone were authentic?
So, if authenticity is vital for us to live with integrity and build trust, then we must stride forward in being authentic.
What does it mean to be authentic?
Synonyms of "authentic."Accurate; Reliable; Dependable; Faithful; Trustworthy; Accurate; Genuine; Realistic; Real; and Valid.?With many words for "Authentic", perhaps it is time to be introspective about qualitative terms like "True, Reliable, Dependable, Faithful, Trustworthy, Accurate, Genuine, Realistic, Valid" fit to feel authentic confidently?
In closing, it's essential to understand that developing abstract qualities listed above might take time and will emerge differently from every individual. However, others will feel the impact of such a transformative experience. But, most of all, you will feel good and become the best version of yourself.
