Why Not to Blame Putin Entirely

The unfreezing of these conflicts (Ossetia, Georgia, Crimea) was fully foreseeable from 2010 if not 2009. QE or Quantitative Easing is an abomination in respect to Milton Friedman's economic model that returned The West to free market classical economics in 1979. It came with risks, namely WW3.?

Putin can be excused as trying to prevent or at least is responsible for trying to delay it. This is because Russia is just as Capitalistic in thinking, if not more so, than The West. The nuanced thinking of Marxist-Leninist thought or Keynesian economics as it became known in The UK after 1945 seeks a balance between economic progress and the Kondratiev waves or "boom and bust" Capitalism. Otherwise how do we explain the causes of WW1?

In 2010 the completion of The Power of Siberia pipeline was scheduled for 2018. The massive project to switch the supply of gas from Eastern to Europe to China was completed on December 5th 2019. Like clockwork the "running in period" to the unfreezing of those conflicts and the final WW3?outcome began in the form of lockdown. Flu or Covid is an intergenerational conflict, just as the last big pandemic in 1968/9 called "Hong Kong or Mao" was, matched at the time by intergenerational transfer of the voice of a new generation as Woodstock.

Boris Johnson started this war because he hijacked Brexit. His attempts at peace negotiations beginning in February were to mask internal problems threatening his impeachment or vote in The Commons to throw him out. His ecological policies had already led to massive gas prices increases and his idiotic decision to lockdown in March 2020 was both unforgivable and illegal.

The 2017 WHO?Protocols established in Sweden at The ECDC, using Obama's funding of WHO on November 4th 2016 using PDD2, had no legal jurisdiction over The UK. It?had left the binding legal authority of The EU and so The ECDC's pre-planned health emergency plan 52 days prior to his decision. Boris Johnson has therefore run Brexit under a more American presidential style executive decision making authority than the consensus of his ministers as is traditional. He is a dictator with a sweet media image.

The only way out of WW3 is to reform the global economic system. It is the same reform model around Internet Governance as first proposed by April Barton of?Duquesne University School of Law in 1997. I have been able to greatly elaborate on her original idea to provide a new Keynesian standard for World banking and trade. However I live under a dictator from my perspective and his Etonian cabal provides no current way to negotiate outside of my small bubble.?

In the lockdown period I spent two years trying to prevent this war. Time ran out. I force myself to retain a?hope my reform, if made possible through means I cannot perceive now except through internal revolution, may prevent?WW3 but I can no longer guarantee this as before. My physics theories have led?me to elaborate on how?the construction of a new?Nuclear Deterrent (I call Derrida) should be the first priority. This is?to prevent the Milky Way galaxy being quickly destroyed by a White hole that will now follow a nuclear winter. Without reform this is where we are going.

What anyone feels about The Ukraine and the suffering is sadly a delusion. The enormity of the impact of WW3 should be understood. As a Christian I am also a man of peace. I inform you of my opinion so God may inspire your heart to understand the seriousness of the problem this world soon will face which will make The Ukrainian conventional arms conflict seem trivial. It is likely we still have a few years to act. Let him who has understanding understand time is short.

We have now left the third phrase of QE. The first phase came after the dotcom crash of 2000/1 when it was technically possible to begin to implement Mrs Barton's idea.
