...And the chocolate is rather wonderful there. I was in Gent for my 10th wedding anniversary (won't just now mention how long ago that was), and it was when I first began to like dark chocolate. My husband's relatives owned a bakerrij with tasty treats galore, and for years sent us treats twice a year. The photo looks to be in Bruges. Not planning a trip across the pond? Then look up Stam Chocolate, made mostly in Des Moines, Iowa (some in Amsterdam at the family place), and in a few USA locations. (No, I don't work for them, but we've enjoyed their treats for years).
