Why Being Curious and Having a Growth Mindset Is Practical

Thinking in terms of deficiency will hold us back so pursue wholeness. Pursue wholeness and integration instead of being liked by other people. To grow, you need to have a mindset of exploration, curious about everything. Practicing this means you have habits trying to learn and master things daily.

A curious mindset also needs less limiting beliefs through practice. Us having more limiting beliefs when we were younger shows we can grow. Then, to grow, you need to have both patience and some self-compassion. Work on yourself but don’t be in such a rush while consistently practicing.

You can take responsibility for your actions without beating yourself up. When something does not land, work on it without attacking self-worth. Have belief that you can change and you’re not just stuck being yourself. Acknowledge that you could have done better but don’t think you’re a loser.

With this, you develop and earn what you want instead of being entitled. Don’t ever demand special treatment as a victim or someone special. You’re not a defenseless person that has threats coming from all directions. Otherwise, you can never handle any challenges, even slight criticism. On the other hand, complaining about everyone else makes others miserable. They may not have baggage but that’s because they vent so much to others.

Instead, be a solid person that does not think they need other people. Devote yourself to your craft that is the top priority you are fulfilled by. However, don’t just be good at a craft but genuinely try to be a good person. Be someone who is very proud of their life and how they impact other people.

Don’t be anyone else but yourself, so don’t ask what works for other people. Focus more on understanding whom you want to be and fully deserve to be. Resist playing the games that people impose on you by judging who you are. You always have the choice to be an authentic, loving person. Throughout this process, trust in yourself that you can figure things out. No one can help you live your life but you so go all-in on yourself for growth.
