Why Beautiful Is Better

Why Beautiful Is Better

Successful training involves chemistry between the facilitator and the participants and it's impossible to know how successful a new classroom will be.

However, there are a few important things that Infinity does to make each event special and unique.

Infinity believes in the importance of care. The material is a small part of a training event, but a gorgeous training room makes events even more memorable.

Infinity has been putting particular attention to the search and selection of the material we give to our participants, and even the basic stationery includes folders, notebooks, pencils, and tent cards that are customized with Infinity logo and abide by Infinity's aesthetic and quality standards.

Poker cards to get to know four different thinking styles and how to adapt communication accordingly? Sticker tokens to give out to participants when they engage in the conversation? You name it: we love to experiment with creative activities and beautiful material that can engage the participants.

Also, who says that a classroom has to remind of what we are used to from elementary school? When our clients want to hold a special event, we recommend choosing a specific metaphor and using this theme in any possible way. The room becomes a beautiful place, props can be used to interact with space, visuals and symbolic association stimulate the concepts' anchoring.

Technology allows us to tease participants even before the beginning of events. An example? Before bigger events, we usually create a "Save the date" ticket to send to participants, an emotional welcome video or an app with tasks to pass to gain full access to the event. The video can be anything: I'm currently working on a corporate-values-launch event with the metaphor of Superheroes, so the welcome video is an Avengers movie trailer. Who wouldn't like to feel like a superhero?

It's true that participants need intellectually stimulating contents and strong facilitation skills, but care and metaphors are what touches their emotions. Creativity allows us to work on various different levels of the brain: cognitive, associative, visual, and emotional. This pins the key contents as it happens with mnemonization techniques. Training events become like stories that impact you so deeply that you will never forget them.

And isn't this what we all want to provide to our participants?

Unforgettable learning experiences.
