Why Banks need more flexibility?
American Economists predict possible recession in 2020 even may begin at the end of 2019.According to money and market report a group of top economists believes the major tax cuts president Trump pushed through congress will give a significant boost to economic growth this year and next year. These economists has changed their mind about US economy in 2018 than they were three months ago. This report sounds logical because short term views are always accompanied by unexpected dangers. Financial markets are sensitive to new challenges and media products because of their volatile nature. Decisions of investment, Financing and dividend policies are all dependent of financial modeling .Banks are closer and closer to their customers. All decisions banks made will affect the long run benefits of their customers. Now a days banks need to be more innovative to keep the truck of their trustfulness. Unless they are flexible , their challenges come from nowhere but from their customers. Institutional investors may overwhelm their function. We may wonder the day to day changes of digital services in order to win the customer satisfaction. The only thing banks should be inflexible or unchanged is their loyalty to their customers. With the exception of this inflexibility banks need more and more flexibility.
