Why #automation & #innovation ??

Yes, you might find hundreds and thousands of blogs and posts on this topic why to do automation and innovation. They say - "Do it to make the world better. ", "Do it to reduce human effort.", " Do it to make our work efficient." and many more..

Though all these are right from different point of views. But I should say, "First try doing this for yourself to make your boring regular work exciting." & believe me, its not any rocket science and we all do something similar everyday to solve our own regular problems unknowingly. Let me give you a small example -

I went to my uncle's grocery shop in the village and noticed one very interesting thing..

Let me tell you his problem first - There used to be very long queue in the evening times in the shop as its very small in size and one helping person was always needed only to call these customers for their turn. And of course, that used to make too much of noise and sometime if the helping person not there, it used to be a big problem to manage.

This time what I noticed - My uncle kept one Light Bulb in front of the shop entrance and kept the switch near his hand. Now, you already understood that he was just Turing on and off that to call the next customer in the queue..

See, its very simple thing but what I noticed, his happiness and smile :) when he was getting the feedback from the customers on this idea as there was no noise and things became little faster as well

Now just think he tried to do this for himself and that helped and made all his customers happy. And at the end that not only benefited him but also made his regular work exciting with smile ..

So Start doing #Automation #Innovation to help yourself first and to become excited and enthusiastic in your own work everyday. Then you will automatically start seeing the difference that you will bring !!
