Why Asset Prices Are Inflated?? Here is why!

Every so often a graphic comes along that succinctly nails down a complex idea into a simple picture (with apologies for my hand writing). This is worth a pause. Produced by a Bank of New York Mellon subsidiary called Newton to explain its rationale for one of its lead funds in hunkering down, It shows how asset prices (including property values) have been reflated by Central Bank money printing over the nine years since the Global Financial Crisis (GFC). Most Irish investment and pension funds reliant on mainstream advice which is grounded by a consensus or groupthink that all is now well are, in my opinion, egregiously misreading what may be next.

Whether you are sitting on cash in a bank with a modest credit rating or holding funds about which you know little in life offices and pensions, you ought to sit up, take notice and do a review, asking what exposure you have. Hobbs Financial Practice Limited is just a click away hobbsfinancial.ie  if you would like to talk to Eddie about future-proofing your balance sheet or how to reposition financial assets. Eddie’s personal email is [email protected]. Nothing is too big or too small, we reply to all enquiries, just pop us an email and we will take it from there.
