Most of the time teams or individuals become unproductive because of the “blame culture” prevailing in the organization. Blame culture creates many hurdles and problems in teams which affect the team performance i.e. little trust, acting in self-interest, do not take many risks, do not come up with many new ideas, inefficient, stagnating growth, avoiding responsibility, high level of fear.

All information and experience are connected on an emotional level (it must be clarified that there was no specific pattern that showed that subjects were “Emotional”) in relationship to them and their experiences.
