6 年Inexcusable 6 hour delay then cancellation on 12/26 from Atlanta to Columbus Ohio because SW couldn’t find a crew to fly a packed flight after Xmas. Really. You couldn’t plan ahead for the holidays. A joke. No accommodations or food vouchers offered. Not even water. First 3 flights from Atlanta to Columbus on 12/27 am are sold out. Nearly 150 passengers won’t get home until tomorrow night 12/27 at best. Are all your pilots leaving SW for a better “culture”?

8 年would love to continue to use southwest, but having some issues that Southwest says they can not fix. I have had Alist for four years and have a credit card that has given me companion pass. I also love Bwi as a hub.
