Why am I here?

As a person who manages communication in the company, I frequently get asked, "why do you stick with REKA?”?

To be honest, I had doubts at first... I had to figure out whether or not this position would be a good match for me. I got to know that REKA is one of the best places to work, offering such a fantastic work environment and a part of a growing industry.?

But, when it came to challenges and unleashing radical ideas, I knew that REKA was the right place for me. I was attracted to the core value at REKA; Enable people to create and make technology accessible which I am very impressed that the core value really shines through in every peREKA. Be it from the old to the new generation.?

However, there is one thing that speaks the most to me and makes it a lot easier for me to answer this question - REKA allows me to take full ownership of what I do.?

Ownership to me means the company trusts me to bring positive outcomes, in any way or methods that impact the results. I may have to assemble people to help me bring those outcomes, but ultimately, I have to be accountable and own the results of the particular actions.?

Personally, I value a culture that fosters ownership. It creates an environment where people feel empowered to do something and make a difference. This is where I practice to continue working on my passions and incorporate that into all my work at REKA. Because deep inside, I believe we’re all working hard to contribute to the country and the community, especially in these tough times.?

Of course, this is not just one or two values that I appreciate in the company. But, the fact that each one of the peREKAs is looking to make a difference, taking upon new challenges, and always developing themselves inspired me to keep going.?

At REKA, our breakthrough isn’t just technology but also our people. It’s about fostering a culture of working together and having each other’s back, apart from designing a system that helps as many businesses, organizations, and individuals to solve challenges that we’re facing in today's fast-paced world.?

This is what makes me more passionate about promoting what I believe in while I’m here. Now, what about SERV? Will continue this when I have time! :)?
