Why am I excited to attend #SOAHR2020?

Over the last couple of weeks many of us have been posting about the upcoming annual SHRM-Atlanta conference - #SOAHR2020 Unleash the Future. 

Whilst I am not an HR Professional I have been a very passionate people leader for over two decades and I believe that #SOAHR2020 and the SHRM-Atlanta organisation is a fantastic resource for all of us people leaders. We can connect and expand our network and learn key trends in the market that impacts our organisation and our ability #attractingtalent, #trainingtalent and #retainingtalent in this competitive marketplace. 

There are #fivegenerations in the workplace and understanding how we should collaborate, learn from each other through understanding our differences is very important. 

#DiversityInclusion continues to be top of mind. You can connect with leaders in the area at #SOAHR2020 and learn what you, your teams and your organizations can do to create an environment where talent excels and keeps #engaged

It goes without saying that all sessions are relevant and important but from my point of view (Seasoned Executive with a Passion to Building Engaged Cultures) the above sessions stood out the most!!
