The solar energy frame can't make all kinds of gorgeous colors like the frame of electrical appliances and electronic products. It only has black and silver white. Why? Today we will study:
1.The solar panel has high requirements for color difference, and the surface color of the cell should be uniform, and there should be no color difference. Silver is the natural color of aluminum, and black is the color that is not prone to chromatic aberration, so silver and black are better choices as the frame.
2.The color of solar cells is generally dark, monocrystalline silicon cells are black, and polycrystalline silicon cells are dark blue. The black frame is close to the color of the battery panel, and the colors are more coordinated. The silver frame forms a strong contrast with the battery panel, and it is also very beautiful and atmospheric. And other colors of the frame mounted on the black panel is not so atmospheric.

3.The cost of surface treatment is different, the solar frame has strong corrosion resistance, and the surface is all anodized. Natural color anodizing will save a lot of cost by one less coloring step, so the silver solar frame is always the largest amount, and the cost of black oxidation will be higher than silver, but lower than other colors. Therefore, a small amount of black borders will be applied to photovoltaic modules. The outer frame of some electronic products is treated with electrophoresis or fluorocarbon spray paint, and the cost is much higher than that of anodizing.
4.Different places of use, photovoltaic power plants are built in vast plains or hilly areas, the requirements for aesthetics are not very high, but the requirements for corrosion resistance are relatively high. So anodized silver and black can fully meet the color needs. Electronic products are used indoors, have more contact with people, and are more popular with customers for their gorgeous appearance, so the outer frame of electronic products has higher color requirements.
