Why Allsop switched to edozo Maps

We believe the best products are inspired by real problems, so when Allsop described their frustration with producing boundary maps for valuation reports, investment brochures and the like, we were intrigued.

Having been a chartered surveyor for more than 15 years, Andrew, our co-founder and head of product immediately empathised when they told us:

Based on our early conversations with Allsop and feedback from dozens of other clients, we set about designing a better and more efficient boundary map platform.

Our objectives were to design a product that would be faster and more accurate than the current available platforms, as well as being straightforward to use. We started with a simple user interface, making it easy to select and edit maps.

The real breakthrough came when we added our unique Auto-Polygon? feature which enables users to create complex title boundaries with a single click. Importantly, map users can create boundaries that match Land Registry data simply by pointing their cursor at the boundary and clicking once. The boundary is accurate and so is the site area.
