What is Alkaline pH?
Alkaline pH is understood in terms of the state of your blood condition that indicates how pure or acidic your blood quality is. Our blood is responsible for providing nutrition and oxygen to our body cells and anything that blood carries along becomes a part of the cell. If the blood pH is pure, its understood as alkaline blood condition. An alkaline blood condition is also creates an ideal working environment for the cell to perform at its peak capacity. What you feel physically & emotionally is ideally an outcome of how the cells are performing at the root level. Thus, an alkaline blood condition is the root condition of your health that is responsible for everything ranging from overall health, energy levels, bowel health, gut health, liver functioning, kidney functioning, inflammation, weight concerns, body fat, aging, respiratory health, skin condition, hair health, moods, irritability and emotional conditions.

The focus of alkaline diet is to reduce the consumption of acid causing factors/foods in the body. Consuming foods that act inside the body in an alkalizing way help maintain your blood pH at nearly 7.365 which is just the ideal pH for your blood to perform at its best and feed the cells optimal nutrition. Consuming foods with a highly acidic effect on the body consume the alkalinity of the blood in a process to neutralize acids at the cost of consuming alkaline minerals from the alkaline-mineral holding body resources such as bones. 1. Go High on Green Leafy Vegetables

Consume your leafy greens daily! Green leafy vegetables are the most richest sources of minerals & vitamins that help to support the alkaline blood pH within the body. Going high in green leafy vegetables preserves the alkaline reserves of the body, thus maintaining a great skeletal health. Try adding spinach, kale, chards, lettuce, arugula to your diet daily to ensure maximum consumption of alkaline factor enhancing foods.
2. Consume Lemon Water First Thing in the Morning.
Overnight, the body goes through a process of detoxification and a lot of acidic load gets produced in a state of deep sleep.
