EDI policies are foundational in cultivating a workplace culture that values every individual, regardless of their background.?
Anti-racist and anti-oppressive policies go a step further, actively working to dismantle systems of inequality and oppression that persist in professional environments.?
These policies not only strive for fairness but aim to eliminate structures that uphold disparities in the workplace.
One significant challenge in creating these policies is the presence of "invisible" biases—patterns and assumptions that are ingrained so deeply that they are easy to overlook.?
