I'm a bit skeptical about fully autonomous AI systems right now (building AI stuff myself scares me a little bit :D). While they're super promising for retail ops, I think the real gold is in AI enhancing human decisions rather than replacing them completely. Like AI suggesting inventory moves but having humans approve them. But you're absolutely right that 2025 will be huge for AI adoption.
