Why Acid Density Lower, Battery Longer Life
This week My customer asked me provide the battery real internal Resistance, I asked the QC department to provide me this, So here have this topic.
Our Hengli Group adopt:quantitavive and lower acid internalization technology, namely lower acid density, fixed quantity of the acid as this is good for battery. The acid density we add into the battery is 1.245g/cm3, and the battery charged under the sealed condition, so during the charging process, the acid not easy to be evaporated that cause the finished battery acid density high. And our finished battery acid is 1.29~1.31g/cm3. Due to the acid density is not high, so the battery reaction not too serious, the battery life longer. Also due to the battery acid density lower, the speed of the positive plate corrosion is lower, also accordingly extend the battery life.
At the same time, the battery lower acid density, the battery voltage will accordingly be lower. If the acid density higher, the battery voltage higher. Normaly this is not good. As in the Europe market, their voltage lower than our Asia market, for the industrial battery maybe no problem, but for the EV battery will be end after some times.
