Too many platforms is a disaster waiting to happen! While having platforms for individual tasks may seem like a great idea, chances are you are more likely to cause confusion. Furthermore, there is an increased risk for things to go wrong.

Poor audio quality not only impacts potential sales but also existing customer relationships. If you are experiencing an increase in call quality complaints, then you may need a better communications solution.
