Dear Friends,??
Throughout 2024, I’ve had countless conversations with business leaders about the relationship between workplace wellbeing and performance, engagement, and retention.??
While some leaders recognise the need to invest in it, they often don’t shy away from expressing their frustration.??
I’ve heard comments like:??

2 个月This is a timely and essential inquiry ripe with possibility, César. Two things come to mind:?1) We live in a culture where blaming the external has become the norm (a lose/lose approach) 2) We are good at looking within, but we are not good at looking around.?And somewhere in here comes the role of power.?In the interactions we engage in, what's our intention:?power over or power within/to??Rewriting narratives together is the exciting work ahead.
